First, what is a tray ?

A tray is a disposable Aluminum container.
It's size  technically is half of a steam table pan.
That's 13x12x2.5 and it can hold up
to six  Lbs.of food..

You can handle the tray in a number of ways

1.  You can heat the Tray of food in your oven
      As is, and serve it in that same container.
         And Brand new......We have the above metal
container  that is specially coated, so that it will be able
to be used in your microwave oven.

2. You can remove the food to your own personal
     serving dishes and heat and serve it just  as you
     would food that you prepared yourself.

Basically we can prepare trays of food which you
pick  up heat and serve, that  of course helps to
keep your costs down.

That  may not always suit your needs .
So, in addition we can:

1. Heat the food so that it is ready to eat after
   you pick it up with little or no additional re-heating.

2. Deliver hot or cold food

3. Deliver and set up in wire racks with sterno
     (Deliver and set up charge)

4. Deliver, set up and serve. For this we need to talk.

With the trays we can  supply salad , rolls, paper goods and anything else that might be needed  to make  a complete
Luncheon or whatever the occasion.
