We will be having our fabulous
Wine Wednesday  Buffet on July 15th
This Month we are going to London and the British Isles
It is difficult to describe the cuisine of Britain as it changes from
 region to region following the ancestral heritage. It is made more difficult
for visitors as it is almost never served in restaurants, it is a land of country cooks and a restaurant would never try to compete with them.
 The British say what is served in restaurants is foreign food.
The regional foods of Britain bare names so ancient that their origins have been long forgotten.
So, we will have a little fun this month bringing you the ten changed items from the British Isles that might be Chiddingly Hot Pot right next to Lasagna
